Terms & Condition

1. Bookings

By visiting my site and booking a service via the Timely Booking App, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

2. Deposits

All clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit when booking their appointment. Bank details can be found on the booking app. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit. A friendly reminder text will be sent 48 hours before your appointment—please respond 'YES' to confirm.

3. Cancellations / Changes to Your Appointment

Your appointments and wellbeing are very important to me. I understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, and scheduling adjustments may be needed. If you need to cancel or amend your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. This allows me to offer the slot to other clients. No-shows will be charged in full for the missed appointment.

4. Treatment Payments

Payments for treatments must be made in full upon completion of your service. I accept bank transfers and cash. If using a gift voucher, please bring it to your appointment. Wedding booking balances are due the day before your wedding day.

5. Timekeeping

If you arrive late, I may need to reschedule your appointment to a more suitable time. I can only wait for a maximum of 15 minutes. Please call if there are any issues, and I will do my best to accommodate you.

6. Patch Test Policy

All brow and lash treatments require a patch test a minimum of 48 hours before your booked appointment.

7. Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

The following treatments are not available during pregnancy or breastfeeding:

8. Friends & Family

While I understand you may wish to bring someone with you, due to insurance regulations, I cannot allow anyone other than the client (except for makeup appointments) to attend your treatment.

9. Parking

Please park in my driveway or in front of my house only. Avoid parking outside my neighbors' properties.

10. Complaint Procedure

I hope you're happy with the treatments at Slay Studios NE. However, if you are dissatisfied, please don’t hesitate to contact me so I can resolve any concerns as soon as possible.

11. General

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Clients under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or behaving abusively will not be permitted on the premises.

13. Service Description

The services I provide, including makeup and brow treatments, are described in detail on the website or during consultation. Please ensure you are fully informed about the treatment prior to booking.

14. Client Consent and Medical Considerations

Clients must disclose any medical conditions or allergies that may affect the treatment. A patch test is required for certain treatments (e.g., brows, lashes) to ensure no allergic reactions to the materials or pigments used.

15. Age Restrictions

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive semi-permanent makeup or beauty services.

16. Aftercare

To ensure the best results and minimise complications, all clients must follow the aftercare instructions provided post-treatment.

17. Results and Touch-ups

Results may vary based on factors like skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Touch-ups are generally scheduled 4-6 weeks after the initial treatment.
